Overview
Our Libraries page combines our Pinned, Mine, Shared with Me, and Qvinci Gallery into 4 tabs on one page. This makes it easier to navigate and find what you are looking for quicker. The libraries page has more search, sort, and filter options to help you quickly find the reports and packages you need. Each template now has an optional Description, where you can add keywords to further help you search, as well as give more information on specific reports.
Searching, Sorting, and Filtering
Each tab of the Libraries page has a search bar, which will scan both the Name and Description fields. You can also click on the column headers to sort in ascending or descending order.
The Filter icon atop each column allows for advanced searching/sorting within that particular column. The Clear button next to the search bar will clear all search/filter options on the current tab.
Pinned
The Pinned tab shows a specific set of templates and packages that have been selected for the Client/Company shown in the top left. Each Client/Company can have a different set of pinned templates. Admins, Leaders, Managers, and Staff users can pin templates from the Mine, Shared with me, and Gallery tabs. Read more about Pinning.
Mine
The Mine tab shows all the Reports, Documents, and Packages you've created. For each template, you can perform the following actions:
Preview the template or package based on the current Client/Company and Entities selected.
Edit the report template or package.
Pin the template or package for all users in the current Client/Company.
Share the template or package with an individual or group of users.
Rename the template or package, which also allows you to edit the template's Description.
Delete the template or package, which also removes it for any other users it may be shared with.
You can also click the Create button in the top-right corner of this page to create a new document or report package.
Shared with me
The Shared with Me tab shows templates and packages shared by other users within your account. This tab has most of the same functions as the Mine tab, minus sharing, renaming, and deleting. These actions can only be performed by the author of a package or report (listed in the Author column). Read more about Sharing.
NOTE: While the Edit button on this tab allows you to open a version of a report template or package, only the original author of the report can save changes to the original template. However, you can click Save As from the report/package editor to create an editable version of the report.
Qvinci Gallery
The Qvinci Gallery tab contains the JumpStart templates that are most commonly used by our franchise and accountant clients. Here you'll find many variations of every type of report that can be included in packages. Many reports that you run on a regular basis are likely included here. Every template on this page can be Previewed, Edited, or Pinned.
While many variations of every report type can be found here, you may have a specific report that may need some minor editing. You can customize your data columns with the Column Chooser, customize your section headers, or read more about formatting and editing reports.
