Qvinci is proud to offer two new business intelligence performance dashboard reports for all users:

• BI-Performance Dashboard - Selectable Periods (S)
• BI-Performance Dashboard - Big 4 KPI & Top 10 (S)

These reports are designed to run on single or multiple entities/locations and allow you to see key financial metrics in a graphical format. They provide a clear picture of performance metrics that give visibility and perspective to your financial data.

What's New:

 For the BI-Performance Dashboard - Selectable Periods (S): 

• Three report tabs with twelve key metrics each, for three Periods: Month, 3-Month, and Fiscal YTD, all based on the "As of Date":
  • Month: Twelve months of historical data
  • 3-Month: Five 3-month Periods of historical data
  • Fiscal YTD: The current and last two prior FYTD periods
• The accounts to be shown can be selected from your Top 10 Accounts for Profit & Loss - Income and Other Income; COGS, Expenses and Other Expenses; and Balance Sheet - Cash, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Current and Long-Term Assets, and Current and Long-Term Liabilities
  • The accounts can be selected to meet your coaching or performance analysis needs 

For the BI-Performance Dashboard - Big 4 KPI & Top 10:

• Two report tabs with 4 graphs each
• Key metrics: revenue, gross profit, expense, and net income
• For the "Big 4" tab:
  • 3 selectable periods: This FYTD, Prior FYTD, and Last 12 Months  
  • Ability to select individual months/groups of months using a filter in the tab
  • Can be run on a single entity or multiple entities
• For the "Top 10" tab:
  • 4 time periods: Reporting Month, Reporting Quarter, Fiscal YTD, and Prior Fiscal YTD
  • 3 key metrics selections: Top Income (Income and Other Income), Top COGS, and Top Expenses (Expenses and Other Expenses)

BI-Performance Dashboard - Selectable Periods 

Monthly Dashboard

• Here’s an overview of the "Month" tab, showing the 12 graphics for key performance metrics. When multiple entities are selected before running this report, the list of entities will show at the bottom.

3-Month Dashboard

• Click on any of the 12 labels to change the account that is showing in that graphic. Simply click on the label, click on the small arrow on the right side of the label, then scroll and click on your selection. 

Fiscal YTD

• This graphic shows the selectable periods for the "Fiscal YTD" tab. Each of the 3 tabs has selections that correspond to the appropriate range of dates for that reporting period.
