Reports Which Can be Templated and Used in Packages

Overview

In Qvinci for Accountants and Qvinci for Franchises, the following base reports (available from the left navigation bar under the Reports tab) may be saved as favorites, templated in the Report Styler, and/or enrolled in Packages. 

Reports Available for Templating and Packaging

The following base reports may be turned into Templates and enrolled in Packages so that the reports may be customized and added to a report compilation/package for export. Templates may be accessed in the future from Reports & Libraries > Libraries. When loaded in the future, all reports that are templated and/or packaged will render data in the context of the Client/Company and Entities/Locations that are selected when the template is previewed, exported, or downloaded. 

The reports available can be modified to include frequencies, Locations/Entities, and other settings. Qvinci's templating feature allows for use of the same report templates across many clients. The following base report types may be templated and/or packaged for true custom reporting capabilities.

• Profit & Loss
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow
• Peer Benchmarking (P&L and Balance Sheet)
• Profit & Loss (Weekly)
• A/R Aging
• A/P Aging
• Trial Balance

Basic Report Types Not Available for Templating or Packaging

The following base reports can only be run on demand in the "Basic Reports" section but cannot be used as a template or used in a package.  

These basic reports are under Reports & Libraries > Basic Reports and cannot be included in packages:

• Ratios
• Ranking
• Sales by Customer
• Expense by Vendor
