Overview

Qvinci is proud to offer two new business intelligence ranking reports for all users:
          • BI-Ranking - Selectable Periods + $ + % (Both SCoA and Native versions)
          • BI-Ranking + BM - Selectable Periods + $ + % (Both SCoA and Native versions)

The Ranking by Entity report allows you to select a plurality of entities to consolidate data in a table view. This report can run up to 300 entities of your choice and allows you to see key financial metrics in columns for each entity by row. This table shows a number of your performance metrics such as total or net income, gross profit, COGS, total expense, and even custom accounts of your choice. These key metrics and their relative ranking can then be sorted in ascending or descending order. This report is extremely useful as a diagnostic tool for performance coaching, will help you identify problem areas quickly, and highlights what needs to be done to put a corrective plan in place. These reports are two excellent coaching tools that provide all of the necessary information for franchisors. Franchise business coaches can use these new reports to help franchise owners improve in areas of need or, when they are striving for improved visibility, to manage franchise owners to their optimum capability.

What's New:

The new features that are offered in these new ranking reports are: 

• Three selectable reporting periods
• Sort and filter entities
• Can add up to 3 custom accounts of your choice
• Get a clearer picture by viewing your entities by rows
• The metrics can be modified to meet your coaching or performance analysis specifications 

The Ranking Benchmark (or BM) report has more options as well: 

• Compare entities to the top 10%
• Top 20% 
• Average metrics for filtered entities  

BI-Ranking - Selectable Periods + $ + % 

Qvinci’s newest reports are always found in our "Gallery" which is one of the four tabs in our "Reports and Libraries" tab.

Step 1: Select the appropriate report

Step 2: Select the "Filter" option at the top of the page to filter the appropriate entities

Step 3: Select the green preview to run the report

Step 4: If you have custom accounts that you want to report on ( see "Adding Custom Accounts" below)

Step 5: Select the orange "Preview" button on the left side

Changing the selectable periods:  

Select the "Edit" button while you are in the gallery. With the report open, you can change the reporting period depending on your needs by using the dropdown list: Reporting Month, Reporting 3 Months, or Reporting Fiscal YTD. (See below.)

Adding custom accounts: 

Step 1: Select the period date range

Step 2: Select the matching tab (at the bottom of the report)

Step 3: Type in the account or accounts you want to show from your chart of accounts

Step 4: Select the "Report" tab to view the changes

BI-Ranking + Benchmarking  - Selectable Periods + $ + % 

The BI-Ranking + BM report functions the same as the Ranking report and adds the peer benchmarking results at the top. The result categories are: 10%, 20%, and the average of all entities in the report based on the filters selected for all financial metrics displayed including the custom accounts.

Changing the Selectable Periods
