OVERVIEW
The Libraries page brings together your Pinned, Mine, Shared with Me, and Qvinci Gallery sections into one convenient view, making it easier than ever to navigate and find the reports and packages you need.
The updated Libraries interface includes expanded search, sort, and filter options, helping you quickly locate specific templates or packages. Each template also includes an optional Description field, where you can add keywords for improved search accuracy or provide additional details about a specific report.
FILTER ENTITIES & AS OF DATE
Your Filter Entities and As of Date settings control the data that your reports and packages pull from.
Filter Entities – If you manage multiple files, use this option to select an individual file for reporting or choose Select All Entities for a consolidated view. Once your selections are made, click Apply Changes in the top right corner.

As of Date – Adjust the report date by selecting the desired month and year from the calendar, then click Apply Changes.
Example: If your As of Date is set to September 2025, a report for Reporting Month will display results for September 2025.
If your report is set for Year to Date (YTD), it will include data from January 2025 through September 2025.
PINNED
The Pinned tab displays templates and packages selected for the specific Client/Company shown in the top-left corner. Each Client/Company can have its own unique set of pinned templates.
Admins, Leaders, Managers, and Staff can pin templates from the Mine, Shared with Me, or Qvinci Gallery tabs.
All users under that Client/Company will see the same pinned templates and packages.

MINE
The Mine tab lists all Reports, Documents, and Packages you’ve created. From this tab, you can:
Preview - View how the report or package will look based on your current Entities and As of Date.
Edit - Modify your report template or package.
Pin - Add a template or package to the Pinned tab for all users under the same Client/Company.
Share - Share your template or package with specific users or groups.
Rename - Rename the template or package, and update its Description if needed.
Delete - Remove a template or package, including any shared versions.
To create a new document or package, click the button in the top-right corner of the page.

SHARED WITH ME
The Shared with Me tab includes templates and packages shared by other users in your account.
This tab provides most of the same actions as the Mine tab, with the following exceptions:
Only the original author can share, rename, or delete a template.
You can still click Edit to open and view the shared report or package, but only the author can save edits to the original.
If you need to make changes, use Save As to create your own editable version of the report or package.

QVINCI GALLERY
The Qvinci Gallery tab contains JumpStart templates frequently used by franchise and accountant clients. These templates provide prebuilt versions of commonly used reports, which can be:
Previewed to review their structure
Edited to fit your reporting needs
Pinned for quick access
If you need to tailor a report further, you can:
Adjust data columns using the Column Chooser
Modify section headers
Apply additional formatting options
