Budget vs Actual reports are not available for non-QuickBooks Entities/Locations. 

Sync Budget Data to New Entities/Locations 

Qvinci only syncs budget data from QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop at this time. View the below articles to learn how to sync budget information:

Add Budget Data to an Existing Entity/Location 

If a QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop file has already synced to Qvinci and budget data simply needs to be added to Qvinci, the user does NOT need to link the file again. Instead, the user can just simply incorporate budget data to their existing QuickBooks file, then Qvinci syncs budget data from QuickBooks if the budget data is set at either the:

• File level

• Class level

Qvinci does NOT sync customer-level budget data from QuickBooks Online.

Budget By Location Reporting

Previously, Qvinci offered the ability to sync budget data from QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online files, as well as class-delineated budgets.

• Qvinci allows users to sync budgets that are set up at the Location level in QuickBooks Online. This means that a user may create Budget vs Actual (BvA) reports in Qvinci, as well as consolidated Budget vs Actual (BvA) reports, regardless of if QuickBooks budget data is tracked at the file, class, or location level in QuickBooks.
