June 2026
Bug Fixes / Feature or Functionality Enhancements
- Resolved an issue wherein the Qvinci Admin Portal users could not update company/clients for extremely large companies/clients.
- Improved cross-suite reliability across the QAF automation framework — fixing hidden-failure bugs, replacing brittle selectors with durable ones. Added a baseline-refresh capability to onboarding. Added baseline selections to CFO Dashboard and Report Compare tests.
- Scheduled reports were creating an internal data storage issue by logging an unnecessary field in our internal auditing. Removed the field, reducing the need for incremental storage, saving approximately 400Gb of database storage and preventing future database expansions/costs.
- Added demo royalty SCoA and demo royalty data to the Restaurant GL demonstrations.
- Resolved an issue where Balance Sheet and Trial Balance reports incorrectly displayed "No Data" after a Qvinci Open API sync, even when valid data was available.
- Resolved an issue with Qvinci Open API merge of financial (P&L, Balance Sheet) data where the data was not being merged as expected; replaced the stored procedure with the appropriate one.
- Resolved an issue in Qvinci Open API where non-financial data was incorrectly matching to accounts with similar names, but the externally provided identifiers where different.
- Updated Qvinci Open API to return an error message when continuing to send data for a sync that was previously completed.
- Add ability to store current user/requestor of sync for Qvinci Open API requests.
- Added ability to sync file information on non-financial syncs through Qvinci Open API, added more robust validation of sync type per request, and updated swagger documentation.
- Added Qvinci Automation Framework regression test for Customer, Vendor, OtherEntity, Employee, FileInformation, and Accounts to applicable report type syncs.
- Resolved a merge issue with the Qvinci Open API ExpenseByVendor syncs, where an incorrect SQL stored procedure was being called and needed to be replaced with the correct one.
- Cleaned up tables in the Qvinci Open API database that are no longer needed.
- Added backend support for Qvinci Open API linking process. This was necessary to facilitate how we link Qvinci Open API files in our system to external connectors/clients so that we can sync data between our system and a known Qvinci Open API integrated system/client.
- Updated internal unit tests for Qvinci Open API to include syncing to an existing file, in order to verify data is added/updated/removed appropriately each sync; helps us more quickly identify a problem if/when something changes and reduces the time required to troubleshoot an issue.
- Added a new section in the Report Editor column chooser to enable and re-order the grouped columns when the by entity frequency is selected.
- Added the ability to customize the column ordering provided in templates by changing the column order in repeatable patterns across selected entities that have data for the report. Available for P&L Monthly, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and P&L GL Weekly reports when selected frequency is by entity.
- Revised so the "NFS Ledger" report options macro used in Styled Reports can now fetch more data, up to a maximum of 5,000 rows depending on the content of each ledger row. Care must be taken by report authors to assure that the hydrated reports do not exceed the overall capacity limitations of the web browsers.

- Enhanced scheduled reports by implementing view history tracking mechanics to provide better analytics on how Qvinci users interact with scheduled reports and persona-based dashboards.
- Reduced server and database overhead of scheduled reports to improve overall performance. Optimized the query logic of the scheduled reports scheduler so as to chunk schedules together logically, which reduces the amount of time a schedule spends waiting for a slot in the queue.
- Added Expense By Vendor capabilities to Qvinci Open API along with several bug fixes including filename consistency, email error support, wipe and replace for aging data, and updated comments.
- Users with a company/client persona who have the “Can Schedule Reports” checkbox selected in said company/client can select Qvinci users from within their ecosystem as recipients of scheduled reports via email and can also include the report as an Excel file. Similarly, they can share scheduled reports with users, which will place the scheduled report into that user’s Scheduled Reports Libraries tab for viewing.
- Improved functionality so that users with a company/client persona who have the “Can Schedule Reports” checkbox selected in said company/client can configure their schedules to run at a specified frequency, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly at a set time of day.
- Improved functionality so that users with a company/client persona who have the “Can Schedule Reports” checkbox selected in said company/client will see a new sidebar navigation item under basic reports called “Manage Schedules,” which allows them to access the new report scheduler area.
- Improved functionality so that users with a company/client persona who have the “Can Schedule Reports” checkbox selected in said company/client can configure schedules to run with “All Entities” or a select grouping of entities within their company/client, and can further control the “As of Date/As of Week” for the scheduled report.

- Revised so that users with a company/client persona who have the “Can Schedule Reports” checkbox selected in that company/client can use the new Report Scheduler feature to set up and configure their reports to run on a schedule, with configurable options, including delivery methodology.
- Added a new frequency for non-financial ledger ROMS (Report Option Macros) "Latest". This frequency pulls the latest single line item for the account for the given date range. This ROM currently doesn't have a column chooser so it will have to be coded into reports and requires non-financial data to be synced via the Qvinci Open API.
- Added a "Non-Financial Monthly" ROM (Report Option Macros) that presents non-financial data synced via the Qvinci Open API in a month-based report form. There is currently no column chooser for this ROM but it has all of the same date frequencies that P&L monthly does. The roll ups for this report are done in real time when preview is pressed, as opposed to the GL roll ups which are rolled up and stored in the database before runtime.
- Resolved issue that was preventing Expense by Vendor and Sales by Customer basic reports from exporting to excel or saving.
- Updated the Qvinci Open API history details to provide accurate counts of records being processed and improved rules and documentation for aging data, so that issues can be caught before importing.

- Resolved issue in the Top 10 Expenses section of the report “BI-KPI Auto SC-FYTD v PFYTD + $ + BM (S) L3" where blank rows were appearing as clickable drill-down options when fewer than 10 expense accounts were selected. Users will now only see drill-down options for actual expense accounts that are selected, making the report easier to navigate and providing a more user-friendly experience.
- Resolved issue with the CFO Dashboard Landing Page’s drilldowns, wherein the incorrect “As of Date” was being used when displaying the subsequent reports from drill-down actions, which caused a mismatch in the numbers presented by the CFO Dashboard and the report executed from the drill downs. Dashboard:
- CFO Dashboard Landing Page
- Polished Qvinci’s reporting tools to make financial reviews even smoother. Users may notice that the $ Diff and % Diff columns are cleaner and accurate, as we resolved a calculation bug that caused errors when columns were expanded. Additionally, updated the logic so that if users have accounts with zero or no balance, the report correctly shows them as blank or zero rather than showing an error. Following are the list of templates that were updated:
- P&L-Det - FYTD v PY + $ % (S) L3
- P&L-Det - RM v PY + $ % (S) L3
- Upgraded the “BI-KPI Auto SC-FYTD v PFYTD + $ + BM (S) L3" gallery report to use the transpose feature to provide better performance for customers.
- Updated the following Gallery reports to use the transpose feature to provide better performance for customers.

- Updated how differences are calculated in users’ financial reports. Previously, if an account had no data or was empty, the system might have shown a confusing "100% change." Now, empty accounts stay blank and zero-balance accounts show a 0% difference, making it much easier to spot the changes that actually matter. Following are the list of templates that were updated:
- P&L-Det - R3M v P3M + $ % (N)
- P&L-Det - R3M v P3M + $ % (S)
- P&L-Det - RM v PM + $ % (N)
- P&L-Det - RM v PM + $ % (S)
- P&L-Det - RM v PY + $ % (N)
- P&L-Det - RM v PY + $ % (N) - QTAP

April 2026
Bug Fixes / Feature or Functionality Enhancements
- Added a "Non-Financial Ledger" ROM, which can only be added manually for now, for displaying non-financial line items synced via the Qvinci Open API.
- Resolved issue that blocked users from viewing their General Ledger Activity Report in cases where they had the same QuickBooks file synced to both a cash and accrual company/client but were only needing GL Activity for ONE of the Clients. NOTE: This is not a change for supporting both accrual and cash for the same file.
- Resolved issue wherein Qvinci By Month Budget data was removed upon successfully syncing a Qvinci By Period Budget, resulting in inaccurate budget data.
- Improved report execution logging to provide better clarity on who runs reports to help ongoing Qvinci performance improvements specifically identifying when customers execute reports verses when reports are run on their behalf.
- Upgraded our Profit & Loss GL Weekly based BI-Ranking templates to utilize the transpose function to increase performance.
- Added security enhancements to the Reporting API, allowing access only to a specific company/client in the parent account. Removed API calls that could be used to modify Account, Company/Client, Location, or User configurations.

- BI-KPI Auto SC-RM v PM + $ (N)
- BI-KPI Auto SC-RM v PM + $ (S)
- BI-KPI Auto SC-RM v PM + $ + BM (S)

- Modified the Qvinci Open API non-financial sync process to roll up data by day per account per client.
- Improved performance of database server by upgrading from 4 to 8 virtual CPU’s.
- Successfully completed and renewed the WorldPay / Safer Payments annual security assessment.

Below are the templates that have been upgraded:
- BI-Ranking + BM - Selectable Periods + $ + % (S)
- BI-Ranking + BM - Selectable Periods + $ + % (N)
- BI-Ranking - Selectable Periods + $ + % (S)
- BI-Ranking - Selectable Periods + $ + % (N)
- The following Gallery KPI templates have been updated with the new Top/Bottom sorting feature, which results in a significant increase in performance:
- BI-KPI Auto SC-FYTD v PFYTD + $ (N)
- BI-KPI Auto SC-FYTD v PFYTD + $ (S)
- BI-KPI Auto SC-R3M v P3M + $ (N)
- BI-KPI Auto SC-R3M v P3M + $ (S)
- Resolved miscellaneous bugs in the QA Automation Framework (QAF). Added more BI templates, including Ranking and KPI's, to the Load and Performance regression testing.
- Created QA Automation scripts for end-to-end regression testing of the Qvinci Open API, specifically for the Non-Financial API, the Balance Sheet API, the Profit & Loss API, the Trial Balance API, the Aging API, the Cash Flow API, the Sales by Customer API, and the General Ledger API.

- Resolved issue that allowed non-financial data to be sent through the Financial endpoint in the Qvinci Open API.
- Resolved Open API sync mishandling issue that affected Aging, Customers, Employees, Vendors, and Others.
- Resolved issue where financial data synced via the Qvinci Open API incorrectly matched accounts across multiple files, by limiting data to the specific file being synced.
- Assured data integrity for Qvinci Open API by validating the incoming data type and format.
- Implemented the Open API File ongoing sync error safeguard similar to what is in place for QuickBooks Online and Xero files that have continuous sync errors. If a file that is trying to sync has not had a successful sync in the past 3 days, it will be denied auto-syncing. This safeguard stops files having sync errors from continuing to cause those errors until the errors are remediated. To resume syncing, the contributor needs to resolve the problem in the file causing the sync error, and then request a manual sync from within Qvinci to resume automatic syncing.
- Revised the Qvinci Admin Portal (used by the Qvinci Customer Success Managers) so it accurately shows Qvinci Open API - NFS or Qvinci Open API - FS for files that are syncing via the Qvinci Open API.
