Whether you are reviewing financial performance or supporting coaching initiatives, this feature allows you to customize reports quickly and easily to better understand what is driving results.

With Q Interact, users can toggle between different settings that dynamically update the view, format, or values within a report. This transforms traditional static reports into interactive, dynamic tools—making it easier to analyze trends, compare performance, and interpret changes in real time.

Q Interact offers a range of flexible options to enhance your reporting experience, including:

• Switch from P&L Actuals to “% of Income”
  Change the financial view from actual amounts to percentage-based analysis.

• Change Reporting Periods
  Toggle between FYTD, Reporting Month, Reporting 3 Months, and more.

• Adjust Report Analysis
  Switch between analytical perspectives such as Entities at Risk or Best Performers.

• Focus Mode
  Highlight specific cells to draw attention to critical issues.

• Entity Filtering
  Filter reports to focus on a specific entity within a multi-entity report.

• Chart Element Visibility
  Show or hide chart elements based on reporting needs.

• Conditional Formatting
  Apply formatting rules to highlight key data points.

• Entities “% of Income” Distribution Bar Charts
  Visualize income distribution across entities for easier comparison.
