The Qvinci Interact Reporting feature

Overview

Qvinci is adding a new feature to our Business Intelligence reports.  The "Q Interact" will help meet your ever expanding reporting needs.  This new addition to our BI Reporting will enhance the users experience and analysis of our reports. This feature includes different dropdown lists and options to choose from that will help you dive deeper as you are investigating your business financials or to help you with your performance coaching. 

The “Q Interact" functions that are being added to our enhanced Business intelligence templates will give the user the ability to toggle through different options that will change the present view, format or numbers in the report.  This will enhance the analysis capabilities that change as you manipulate the options, taking the current report from a Static one to what we call a Dynamic report.  Please schedule some time with one of our Customer Success Managers so they can show you this new feature.

What's New:

The new features that are offered with our new Q Interact reports are: 

• The "Q Interact" functions are different with each report.
• With "Q Interact" the user is able to make adjustments with the same report without having to change or run other reports to access the same information.
• We're bringing a more Modern Style to our reports.
• The metrics can be modified to meet your coaching or performance analysis specifications.

Here are some examples of different options that are currently available with the Q interact:

1. Change from P&L actuals to “% of Income”.
2. Change reporting Periods (FYTD, Reporting Month, Reporting 3 Months, etc)
3. Capability to change the report analysis from Entities at Risk to Best Performers.  
4. Focus mode (bringing issues to your attention by highlighting the cells)
5. Able to filter to a specific entity in a multi-entities report.
6. The ability to show or hide chart elements
7. Conditional formatting depending on selection
8. Entities “% of income” distribution bar charts
9. More future functions
