- Added a new “BI-Entities at Risk / Best Performers Analysis (S)” interactive template to the Qvinci Gallery.
- Provides significant insight and a summarized analysis of the Company/Client’s entity ecosystem by displaying only the entities that either fail to meet the expected % of income target or that exceed the expected % of income target.

- In Libraries 2.0, the Qvinci Gallery can now display a quick example of how the report looks when it is Previewed. When the icon button is clicked it quickly brings a window showing all the sheets in the template with an example image of each report, allowing users to quickly explore the style, layout, and content of each template in the Gallery. Additionally, the resulting Gallery Examples were updated to exclude hidden sheets.
- Users can now pin multiple assets to multiple Companies/Clients at once, making it easier for leaders and managers to quickly pin their library assets to a single operation rather than one at a time.
Bug Fixes / Feature or Functionality Enhancements
- Updated the template “BI-KPI Auto Ratios, Trends, and Forecasting (N)” with a corrected calculation for “Months of Cash Reserves” under KPI Ratios FYTD.
- Enhanced usability by enabling the UserFlow Wizard by default for all Live users so it no longer has to be enabled manually.
- Enhanced usability by revising so that whenever the As Of Date and As of Week widgets are displayed at the top of the page, when one of the widgets is clicked it will remain highlighted to give the user a visual cue to which “As of” widget they are working with.
- For purpose of optimizing future usability, provided a downloadable Excel file with Report Usage in the Admin Portal to help Qvinci Customer Success managers and business intelligence analysts get information on which types of reports are used most.
- Improved customer experience by providing more details in the sync file history detail in the admin portal for GL currency conversion, such as home (source) currency and location ID, to help the Qvinci Customer Success managers more rapidly and accurately help customers.
- Removed the obsolete Zimbabwean dollar (ZWD) from the supported currency list.
- Resolved issue in Libraries 2.0 where a user’s drop-down filters would stick on ‘Any’ after searching and resetting the filters.
- Improved traceability for Customer Success managers to more readily identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues when syncing General Ledgers.

- New GL Weekly-based BI-KPI Scorecard templates:
- Provide great insight into the key metrics for weekly periods, both Sunday and non-Sunday aligned, as defined by the customer’s customizable accounting calendar.
- Include new features to interact with the report once its run.
- Users can select any week, which yields great comparisons between Reporting Week vs Same Week Last Year vs 13-Week average.
- Templates include a report for expense control analysis and a Year-Over-Year chart with a variance trend line.
- Added P&L Future Budget – Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly – to the Qvinci Gallery, which already has the SCoA (Standard Chart of Accounts) template, but the new template will have the same capabilities while also presenting all native accounts.

- Revised to include parent account in the Profit & Loss GL Weekly reports specifying the flat Account Chooser option.

- Fixed issue of the Chart Chooser menu item causing Something Went Wrong to be displayed when clicked; users are now able to create charts via the Chart Chooser.
- Enhanced user experience by removing non-clickable calendar icon that appeared to the right of the drop-down arrow when accessing the As of Week Session dropdown.

- Revised so that when using As of Week in ROM, no more than 4 or 5 weeks of data is returned.
- Added top level As of Week user interface to allow GL Weekly enabled users to easily select an As of Week date for which to base their GL Weekly reports, Like As of Date it also provides a session date override capability.
- Published 38 General Ledger Profit and Loss Weekly gallery reports, with support for As Of Week and Non-Sunday Aligned Accounting Calendars, to the Live gallery and are now generally available to all Qvinci users.
- Updated the "BI-Performance Dashboard - Selectable Periods" gallery templates so the dropdown shows the most up to date information in the selectable period dropdown as well as it will be sorted from newest to oldest.
- In the P&L-Future Budget - Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly" gallery template, fixed an issue in the Budget vs Actuals with the formulas on the "Diff" (variance) column, as it resulted in zero when either Actual or Budget column had a zero, as opposed to do the simple subtraction formula. Example: Actual - Budget = Variance Result.
- Added new Elimination templates to the Qvinci Gallery, which follow the main structure of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements but include columns for eliminations as well as total consolidated while working with more than one entity to be able to consolidate the financial statements.
- Enhanced usability for Mapped Eliminations Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Report users so that elimination data tied to unmapped native accounts appears in the Debit/Credit columns on Unmapped row for accurate reporting.
- Fixed bug where a Balance Sheet Elimination Report not showing a message when Entities that are part of Elimination entries are missing from Filter Entities.
- Improved database and server performance, reliability, and scalability for QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online General Ledger syncs by refactoring GL code to insert into temp tables instead of importing tables.

- Improved Elimination Entry clarity by separating Customers and Vendors, similar to how it’s done on the Journal Entry page, and by grouping items in the dropdown lists to make them easier to find.
- Fixed issue of Memo and Class columns cutting off on Create/Edit Eliminations pages when the browser window widths were smaller.
- Fixed issue where there sorting of date columns (Transaction Date and Date Modified after filtering eliminations entries on Elimination Entry Management page was not working.
- Added multi-factor authentication to Qvinci authentication process (currently optional as a beta test feature).

Revised for QuickBooks Online GL syncing entities to ensure all data, including truncated data, is synced. - Fixed issue with GL account numbers with QuickBooks Online cause by the API adding an extra zero to the end of the decimal portion of the account number that isn’t there in the QBO file.
- Improved user experience by adding recovery code when changing Client/Company for when the billing partner services are down, Qvinci customers will not be affected.
- Revised for 13 Period P&L GL Weekly users to correct the error “StartDate is greater than EndDate” when specifying the Last Period date range on a report for a 13 period Accounting Calendar and the current period is Period 1.
- Revised so the "This Period" date range, where (when used with an offset into a prior year) it would give the “Start Date is greater than End Date” error message.

ATTENTION: For all Non-Sunday Aligned General Ledger-Based Reporting entries below, please note that the P&L GL Weekly Reporting with Non-Sunday Aligned Weekly Reporting and Customizable Accounting Calendars functionality is in BETA and scheduled for a Q2 release.
- Revised to allow Qvinci Admin Portal users to enable Qvinci Budget/Future Budget for select accounts by checking the box and saving to enable and unchecking the box and saving to disable.
- Enhanced performance by revising to omit header rows for Budget users when no accounts are present so the template will sync without error.
- Improved usability for Qvinci Budget users by removing deleted or inactive accounts from Budget templates so they no longer load with the Budget templates.
- Improved user experience for Qvinci Budget users by updating the zoom level of exported Budget templates to 100% instead of 160% making them easier to read.
- Revised for P&L GL Validation email users to exclude the current week in “Last 104 weeks.”
- For P&L GL Weekly report users, corrected the end date for prior year when doing Same Period Last Year (YTD) reports to align with a week ending date instead of a today's date last year, which might be in the middle of the week.
- Fixed issue that was causing some General Ledger transactions to not be pulled from QuickBooks Online by shortening the date ranges pulled from 183 days at a time to 126 days at a time and previous date range was too large.
- Improved usability for P&L Weekly by Total/Week frequency users offsetting into a report start date before the Accounting Calendar start date by blocking report with a “Your Accounting Calendar start date does not go back far enough…” message.
- Fixed issue of GL Weekly reports for Totals, By Entity, By Year, and By Week – when used with date offsets that preceded the Accounting Calendar start date – generating a report with date header columns that preceded the calendar start. The modification catches when this occurs and reports a Short Calendar error message to the user, as well as stopping a Report Package download when a report in the package has a short calendar.
- Enhanced usability by removing the Company/Client column from the Excel Export in the Elimination Entry Management Page (Manage > Eliminations).
- Revised for Elimination Entry Management page users so that now the elimination entries on the Elimination Entry Management (Manage > Eliminations) are now filtered by Filter Entities, so that only entries associated with the selected Entities are shown.
- Enhanced usability by revising so that when a user opens the Elimination Entry Management page and there are no Eliminations for the Company/Client, a “There are no Eliminations for this Company/Client” message is shown.
- Enhanced usability for Eliminations report users by revising so that if Entities that are part of Elimination entries are missing from Filter Entities, they are now shown on the Report preview page of an Elimination report and as message box on Package download, to help filter by correct entities.
- Enhanced the usability for Eliminations users by revising so that an Eliminations Reconciliation report is now available by using the Export to Excel button on the Elimination Entry Management page (Manage > Eliminations) to get an export of all eliminations and transactions based on filtered entities.
- Revised so that users can add Name or Class to an existing Elimination entry if it was entered without that information.

- Published new “BvA-FYTD - Actual + Budget + $ Diff" templates to the Qvinci Gallery. The Report is a variation off the “BvA-FYTD - Actual + Budget + $ (S)” Gallery Report, with the addition of two columns of values to the right of the Source Report, to show the original Budget for the FY, and the difference between the Actual + Budget for the FY vs the original Budget for the FY.

- Fixed issue where cancelling the disconnect in Manage > Entities > File > Disconnect did not actually cancel the disconnect. Now when the user clicks Cancel in the alert box the file disconnect is cancelled on Manage > Entities.
- Increased overall sync performance by adding an index on ReportAccount to facilitate faster processing during financial merges.
- Renewed the Qvinci Web SSL certificate to extend validity and protection through 2024.
Upgraded the scheduler server at AWS to a higher performance server to improve overall sync performance and capacity. - Updated the Qvinci Sync Client with the 2024 SSL certificate so it will properly authenticate with the 2024 Qvinci SSL Certificates.
