The Users Directory shows a listing of all Users and the permissions they have inside a Client.
- From the left navigation bar open the Manage > Users tab.
- On the Users page, the Qvinci Admin, Leader or Manager may search for a user by typing a name or email into the box and clicking the "Search" button.
- Click on the users name when it appears. Their corresponding permissions will display on the right side of the screen.
Note: The User Directory will search the email fields using a “contains” search method; all other areas use a “starts with” search method.
Resend a User Invitation
- The Admin, Leader or Manager may migrate to the corresponding Client Company in the top left of the navigation bar.
- Once the desired Client Company appears migrate to the Manage > Users tab.
- Click on the desired user to view their permission role on the right.
- Click the Resend Invitation button to have Qvinci automatically resend the invite.
- If the user has trouble accessing their Qvinci account have them migrate to the Login page to utilize the Forgot Password workflow.
Remove a User from a Qvinci Client
- The Admin, Leader or Manager may migrate to the corresponding Client Company in the top left of the navigation bar.
- Once the desired Client Company appears migrate to the Manage > Users tab.
- Click on the desired user to view their permission role on the right.
- On the right side of the screen click the Remove button.
- This process will remove the user from this Qvinci Client Company.
