Overview
The User Directory shows a listing of all the Users and the permissions they have inside a Company.
Accessing the User Directory
Step 1. From the left navigation bar, open the "Manage" tab and select "Users."
Step 2. On the user directory page, the Qvinci Admin or Manager may search for a user by typing a name or email into the box and clicking the "Search" button.
Step 3. Click on the user's name when it appears. Their corresponding permissions will display on the right side of the screen.
Note: The User Directory will search the email fields using a “contains” search method; all other areas use a “starts with” search method.
Remove a User from a Qvinci Company
To remove all permissions that the user may have:
Step 1. From the left navigation bar, open the "Manage" tab and select "Users."
Step 2. On the user directory page, click on the desired user.
Step 3. Remove all permissions that the user may have and then go to the last step.
Step 4. The right side of the screen will reveal a "Remove" button. Clicking "Remove" will completely remove the user from having access to the current Qvinci Company. You may have to repeat the process for each company in the account the user had access to.
