at the bottom of the account type section.
To create a child account, locate the desired parent account and click
next to it.

Click Save to finalize the new account.
MOVE A SCoA ACCOUNT
Important Notes:
Moving a SCoA account also moves all its children, grandchildren, etc.
Doing so removes mappings between native accounts and any affected SCoA accounts.
Rules:
> You cannot move an account that has locked mappings.
> You cannot move an account into one of its own descendants.
> Accounts cannot be moved across account types.
> A move cannot result in a branch more than five tiers deep.
Steps to Move an Account:
Go to Manage > SCoA and select the account to move.
Click Move next to that account.
-
Choose the target parent account in the Move to dropdown.
Click Save to complete the move.
DELETE A SCoA ACCOUNT
Locate the account you want to delete.
Click Delete next to it.
Note: Parent accounts cannot be deleted if they contain child/subaccounts. Delete all child accounts first before deleting the parent.
ACCOUNT MAP LOCKING & SCoA MANAGEMENT
Accounts with locked mappings cannot be renamed or deleted in Manage > SCoA.
-
Qvinci cannot upload a SCoA if any Native-to-SCoA mappings are locked for the selected Client or Company.
