When loading the Qvinci Sync Application, a user can forget or neglect to input a valid Qvinci login when trying to sign in to the Qvinci Sync App. When this occurs, users may experience an error message like found below:
Unsecured or Incorrectly Secured Fault Error Message
- The Username field should reflect the email address of the user
- The Password field is the corresponding password
The user should try logging in again and utilize the email address that is placed on file for their Qvinci dashboard account, as well as the corresponding password.
