Overview
The Qvinci Sync Application may display the error message below for some users who are on a Windows operating system with an incompatible browser.
Typically, this error message is due to the browser being out of date on the PC/server. It may also go hand-in-hand with a user trying to sync from a Windows machine that may be out of date as well. In order to update to a newer version of the browser, the user may also need to migrate to a newer operating system. The error in question reads:
Sync Application Error: HTTP Request
- If a user is not running a non-updated Windows operating system, then ensure that the browser is updated.
- Once a user updates their Windows operating system, it is suggested that they uninstall/reinstall the QuickBooks application and the Qvinci Sync App to the updated computer.
