Overview
This error can occur when QuickBooks is hosted on a server and the Qvinci Sync App is loaded from the system tray on their PC. This error indicates that the Qvinci Sync App session that the user is currently trying to utilize is not set as of the same time period as QuickBooks on the Server.
An Unknown Error Occurred
Perhaps the user did not restart their computer from the previous day's sync attempt, or perhaps the server login session is no longer active. However, the Qvinci Sync App is still loaded in the PC's system tray.
The Fix
The user simply needs to either close the Qvinci Sync App from their PC's system tray and relaunch the sync client, or the user should be sure to shut down/restart their computer each day before running the sync client.
