Overview

Included in this Advisory Services Marketing Kit are 3 sample email templates for you to use in introducing Qvinci financial reports and business intelligence to your staff, clients, and prospects. 

Fact

The KPI Scorecard and Financial Packages are proven to catalyze client advisory engagements by providing financial insights that are easy enough for a layperson to understand. All business owners are concerned with their bottom line. As such, when your client sees RED color-coded problem areas in the KPI Scorecard that are negatively impacting their profitability, chances are good they’ll pick up the phone or send you an email to inquire on your advice as to what kind of corrective action they should take. Moreover, you, as the trusted advisor, can review the Qvinci Advisory Portal and quickly review the RED color-coded areas of all of your clients and proactively reach out and advise them of your suggested corrective actions. It's a cross-collaboration win-win!

Best Practice Strategy

Don’t ask your existing clients if they want to receive the KPI Scorecard and Financial Packages. Having never seen them before, they will unlikely see the value. Instead, simply provide the packages (with or without financials) to them at no cost for a limited time. Introductory Email Template — Your Staff

Clients Who Qualify
Qvinci’s Automated KPI Scorecard is compatible with any of your clients who are on QuickBooks Online / Desktop, Xero, MYOB, or Excel.

Advisory Portal
The Turnkey Advisor Program all starts with Qvinci's Advisory Portal. The Advisory Portal provides a single view of all client’s financial wellness.  It illustrates favorable & unfavorable KPI trending (RED & GREEN ratios) across 5 time periods.  It will motivate you to contact your clients to discuss problem areas and generate the advisory opportunities we all want.

KPI Scorecard
Attached is an example of an Automated KPI Scorecard, an integral part of the Qvinci Turnkey Advisor Program. It automatically selects the top 5 Income, COGS, and Expenses for any client connected to Qvinci and uses predictive analytics, charts, and graphs to illustrate performance based on an “Ideal Range” and “Entity Performance” trend analysis.

Financials
Also included in the Qvinci Turnkey Advisor Program are 2 financial reporting packages, one with AR/AP and one without AR/AP. These financials, along with the Automated KPI Scorecard, form the basis of the program output for your clients.

Marketing Kit
The attached marketing kit provided by Qvinci (The Advisory Services Marketing Kit) will help you position the value of these actionable financial insights to your current and prospective clients. The Qvinci Basic User Guide for Accountants and Staff will show you how to log in and view the Advisory Portal to quickly run client reports. I can provide additional training if desired.

  • Choose the client and filter to the entity.
  • Download the Automated KPI Scorecard and Financial Reports using actual client data.
  • Attach the actual KPI Scorecard and Financials to the email template provided and send the output to your clients using the template provided below.

For clients I currently provide advisory services to, these actionable insights are the basis of our conversations which can result in increased efficiency and profitability. I am confident the attached KPI Scorecard will afford similar value for you, and it is available at no cost to you for the next 3 months.

Understanding the KPI Scorecard

    • The “Ideal Range” of Income, COGS, Expenses, and KPI analysis is based on the weighted average of your last 12-months actuals with a +/- 2% spread.
    • Reference the “Guidance” tab, but in summary…
      • GREEN = At or above the “High” for Income; At or below the “Low” for COGS and Expenses
      • BLACK = In range
      • RED = At or below the “Low” for Income; At or above the “High” for COGS and Expenses
    • The “Entity Performance” section shows how your business is trending in the critical areas of Income, COGS, Expenses, and KPI analysis over the selected period:
      • GREEN Green_Check.png= Favorable trend
      • RED Red_X.png = Unfavorable trend
    • The additional 4 tabs provide graphical views of your:
      • Income & Total Expenses
      • Cash Balances
      • Top 10 Expenses
      • AP & AR Actuals

Next Steps
