Overview
Qvinci's Role-Based Dashboards give users quick access to the information most relevant to their role. Instead of building reports from scratch, these dashboards combine key financial and operational metrics into a clear executive view.
Each dashboard is tailored to a specific audience, helping leaders quickly spot trends, monitor performance, and make informed decisions.
Role-Based Dashboards are customizable, allowing your organization to tailor dashboards to your specific reporting needs. If you require additional assistance, please contact your Account Manager (AM) or Client Performance Manager (CPM).
CFO Dashboard
The CFO Dashboard is designed specifically for Chief Financial Officers, finance leaders, and executive decision makers.
It provides a high-level view of financial performance by consolidating the metrics most frequently used by finance teams into a single dashboard.
**The dashboard includes four primary sections.
Profit and Cash
The Profit and Cash section gives a quick view of overall profitability and key P&L drivers.
- Income
- Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Expenses
- Net Income
It also compares current fiscal year results to the same period last year so you can quickly spot trends.
Spending
The Spending section helps you monitor where money is being spent across the organization.
- Year-over-year COGS and expense trends
- Monthly spending patterns
- Top spending entities
This view makes it easier to identify unusual spending and manage costs.
At Risk Locations
The At Risk Locations section highlights entities that may need attention based on performance changes.
- Largest year-over-year income declines
- Biggest spending variances
- Entity-to-entity comparisons
This helps leadership quickly identify locations that may need support or review.
Budget vs. Actuals (BVA)
The Budget vs. Actuals section compares planned performance to actual results.
- Monthly income and spending trends
- Budget category comparisons
- Top accounts driving variances
These insights help teams understand where results differ from expectations.
Parish & School Dashboards for Dioceses
The Parish and School Dashboards were developed specifically for Catholic dioceses, combining financial reporting with operational and Non-Financial metrics in a single view.
Diocesan leaders can review financial, operational, and Non-Financial data together for a more complete view of organizational performance.
Financial data is automatically collected, consolidated, and mapped to the organization's Standard Chart of Accounts (SCoA), while Non-Financial metrics appear alongside it within the dashboard. This allows dioceses to address key operational measures in the same place they review financial results.
Common Non-Financial metrics tracked in diocesan dashboards include:
- Mass attendance
- Sacraments
- Enrollment trends
- Student attrition by school
These metrics appear alongside financial data in the dashboard, giving diocesan leadership a more complete view of performance across parishes and schools.
By bringing financial and operational data together in one view, diocesan leadership can:
- Identify trends across parishes and schools.
- Improve visibility across the entire diocese.
- Reduce reliance on manually maintained spreadsheets.
- Make more informed, data-driven decisions.
