If you need to update the payment method used for invoices or automatic payments, you can do so through the secure payment link included in your invoice email. This link is unique to you and can be saved for future use.
What You’ll Need
- Access to the invoice email sent by the company billing you
- The secure Pay Online link from that invoice email
- Your updated credit card, ACH, or other accepted payment information
Update Your Payment Method from an Invoice Email
- Open the invoice email you received.
- Select the Pay Online link in the email.
- On the payment page, look for the option to update your payment method.
- Review the disclosure and select the authorization option.
- Choose the payment type you want to use.
- Complete the CAPTCHA, if prompted.
- Enter the required payment details for the selected payment type.
- Select Submit to save the updated payment method.
After submitting the update, you should receive a confirmation email letting you know the payment method was updated successfully.
Update Your Payment Method While Making a Payment
- Open the Pay Online link from your invoice email.
- Begin the payment process for the invoice you want to pay.
- When prompted, enter your new payment information.
- Review and select the authorization option.
- Select Submit.
- Review the confirmation notice showing how many invoices will be paid and whether autopay will be enabled.
- Select OK to confirm.
Once submitted, your payment will be processed and your payment information will be updated in Qvinci RoyaltyHub. A confirmation email will be sent after the update is complete.
If You Cannot Find Your Payment Link
If your invoice email does not include a Pay Online link, or if you no longer have access to the original email, please contact the company that sent the invoice. They can resend the payment link or provide additional assistance.

- Your Pay Online link is specific to you, so it should not be shared with others.
- You may bookmark the link in your browser for easier access in the future.
- If you are unsure whether your payment method was updated, check your inbox for a confirmation email or contact the company that sent the invoice.
