Qvinci RoyaltyHub allows authorized users to edit or void invoices when changes are needed after an invoice has been created. This can be helpful when you need to update invoice details, add late fees, or include processing fees before finalizing the transaction.
Before You Begin
To edit or void an invoice, your user account must have permission to edit invoices. If you do not see the option to make changes, contact your system administrator or internal Qvinci RoyaltyHub administrator to review your user permissions.
Editing an Invoice
You can update any part of an invoice, including the customer the invoice is linked to. After making the needed changes, select the green Save button in the top-right corner to save the updated invoice.
Voiding an Invoice
To void an invoice, open the invoice and select Void Invoice from the Options menu. This marks the invoice as voided in QuickBooks.
**Important Note About QuickBooks Closing Dates**
If the Closing Date feature is turned on in QuickBooks and the invoice you are editing or voiding was created before the current closing date, the transaction will not be able to post to QuickBooks.
