Overview
As Qvinci sets up your account, you will see multiple charges appear on your invoice. This is just part of our regular account set up.
Onboarding/Account Set Up Charges
These are going to be as follows:
- Pro-rated subscription charges
- Additional entity charges (if needed)
- Training and Support fee (per your sales consultant)
The initial billing will be the only time that multiple charges should be expected.
After the initial billing, we will generate an invoice on the 1st of each month or annually, depending on your subscription date and choice.
If you are on a trial period, the charges will appear on the last day of the trial period.
