Overview
There are a number of reports in the Qvinci Gallery that can be saved to your Mine tab or Pinned to the account.
As a new user, the abbreviated names can be confusing. This table will make it easier for our users to understand what the abbreviations represent.
Report Name Legend
This legend should assist with reading abbreviated report names and conventions used in our Reports & Libraries > Libraries > Qvinci Gallery.
| AR = Accounts Receivable | M or MO = Month | CY = Current Year |
| AP = Accounts Payable | RM = Reporting Month | FY = Fiscal Year |
| BM = Benchmarking | PM = Prior Month | PY = Prior Year |
| BvA = Budget versus Actual | R3M or R3MO = Reporting 3 Months | CYTD = Calendar YTD |
| Det = Detailed | P3M or P3MO = Prior 3 Months | FYTD = Fiscal YTD |
| Sum = Summary | WK = Weekly | FYLY = Fiscal Year Last Year |
| GL = General Ledger | PWK = Prior Week | PFYTD = Prior Fiscal YTD |
| KPI = Key Performance Indicator | BI = Business Intelligence | FFYTD = Future Fiscal YTD |
| (N) = No SCoA reporting | SPLY = Same Period Last Year | FYTE = Fiscal Year to End |
| (S) = SCoA reporting | SPPY = Same Period Prior Year | RFYTD = Reporting Fiscal Year to Date |

Searching for a Report?
When searching for a report within the Qvinci Gallery or your Mine tab, you can use the search box and type in any term that is contained within the report Name or you can search terms in the Description field.
